Newly appointed U.S. Central Command commander Adm. William J. Fallon (right) greets Pfc. Christopher Webber, heavy equipment operator, 96th Transportation Company, May 14, during a visit to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. During his tour of the Army camp, Fallon took advantage of the opportunity to talk to Soldiers and find out the capabilities of the vehicles and equipment they use in the Global War on Terrorism.
