U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David H. Berger, commander, Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, meets with Senator Marise Payne, Minister for Defence, Australia, during a visit in Darwin, Australia, June 5, 2018. U.S. Marines take part in the Marine Rotational Force-Darwin annually in order to demonstrate the United States’ sustained commitment to the U.S.–Australia alliance and to the Indo-Pacific region.
