Texas State Guard Sgt. Jeremy Skelton, a member of Dallas-Fort Worth Medical Response Group, keeps a close eye out for issues in Laredo, Texas, Aug. 4, 2011. Skelton and his father Sgt. 1st Class Johnny Skelton, who both serve in the same unit, mobilized together to support Operation Lone Star, an annual humanitarian exercise that provides free medical services along the Texas border.
