Command Sgt. Maj. Jim Wills of the 81st Regional Support Command passes the unit colors for the last time to Maj. Gen. William H. Gerety during a Change of Command ceremony where Maj. Gen. Gerety relinquished command of the 81st RSC to Brig. Gen. Mark Arnold. The ceremony was held at Fort Jackson, S.C., on Aug. 19, 2011.
