Ladislao Montero and the "Cougars" of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ-139) during an awards ceremony at Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island. Vice Adm. Dewolfe Miller and Rear Adm. Roy Kelley visited NAS Whidbey Island to present several Battle Efficiency Awards to the electronic attack squadrons and patrol squadrons on the base, recognizing the squadrons' capacity to carry out assigned wartime tasks over a year-long period.
