Carl Chemical and Biological Defense Most Accomplished & Responsive to the Fleet Community Member(s) Award by the Chem-Bio Defense Program at Naval Sea Systems Command. Carl’s name was added to the award to honor his contributions in modernizing and revitalizing the program, making the lives of thousands of war fighters who wear this equipment safer on the front lines of battle.
