Chaplain (Capt.) The luncheon featured music, prayers, and guest speaker, Chaplain (Brig. Gen.) Robert Pleczkowki, deputy chief of chaplains at the U.S. Army Reserve Office of the Chief of Chaplains in Washington, D.C.
