PANAMA CITY, Florida - Fourteen new federal civil servants took the Oath of Office at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division June 11, 2018. NSWC Panama City Division is a Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Center, also known as a laboratory, and employs more than 1,400 scientists and engineers in support of mine warfare, naval special warfare, amphibious and expeditionary maneuver systems, and all other systems that occur in the littorals.
