Sgt. Maj. Deanna Czarnecki, a U.S. Army Reserve personnel sergeant major for the 352nd Civil Affairs Command, listens to conversations among spouses of military service members, military leaders and community representatives during a town hall meeting hosted at Fort Meade, Maryland, June 13, 2018, to discuss problems and concerns that military families face regularly, particularly in the reserve and National Guard components. The town hall is part of a multi-year pilot program called Building Healthy Military Communities, which is organized by the Department of Defense to hear problems and issues faced by spouses of military service members in seven different states. This event took place on a U.S. Army Reserve installation and was facilitated by the Family Programs office at the 200th Military Police Command. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Master Sgt.
