Mike McManus, pararescueman NCOIC, gives the folded American flag to the VFW 1505 Commander, Mr. Mike Billinger, Keeseville, N.Y., June 13, 2018. On June 13, 1978, an HH-3E Jolly Green Giant Helicopter from the 102nd Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Group now the 106th Rescue Wing in Westhampton Beach N.Y., was returning to base after training at Plattsburgh Air Force Base, N.Y.
