Civilian and military members from the Virgin Islands National Guard and Puerto Rico National Guard are conducting the Master Resiliency Trainer Course-Level 1, a resilience-training program that is offered by the U.S. Army, at the Joint Force Headquarters, Estate Bethlehem Military Compound on St. Croix.
Approximately 29 members are participating in the two-week course, which began a week ago.
