U.S. Air Force Major Tim Riley, 165th Civil Engineering Squadron commander, performs an initial site visit at Helemano Plantation in Wahiawa, Hawaii June 17. Riley heads nearly 40 Airmen from the Georgia Air National Guard who will complete a critical section of the Aloha Garden Project, an initiative of the U.S. military's Innovation Readiness Training program.
