Scott Van Buskirk, center, commander of U.S. 7th Fleet, during an awards ceremony aboard the Republic of Korea navy amphibious ship ROKS Dokdo. Van Buskirk received the award for his contributions to strengthening the alliance between the U.S. and Republic of Korea, as well as maintaining peace on the Korean Peninsula.
