HONOLULU, Hawaii (June 19, 2018) -- The Army Surgeon General and U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Nadja West (right) met with Brig. Gen. Dennis LeMaster (left), incoming Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P) commander, to conducted his first office call, a day ahead of the RHC-P change of command ceremony at the headquarters building. During her visit to the region, West is also set to meet with Pacific military leaders and beneficiaries to discuss the region’s readiness mission and status in maintaining a medical force that’s ready to deploy in support of the warfighter and ensuring the delivery of safe and accessible care as a high-reliability organization in pursuit of improved patient safety, outcomes and effectiveness.
