CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark Esper meets soldiers with the Training and Exercise Section, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 28th Infantry Division, Task Force Spartan June 21, 2018. Steven McGouldrick. McGouldrick received a coin from Esper for his outstanding performance in planning of the task force’s participation in the 2018 Eager Lion exercise in Jordan.
