VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (June 20, 2018) An explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EODGRU) 2 instructs midshipmen prior to a bay swim as part of an EOD summer cruise at EODGRU 2 headquarters on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. The EOD summer cruise is used to identify potential EOD officers from Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps and the U.S. Naval Academy prior to their senior year.
