Col. Erik Rude, commander, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and Dr. John Schriver, director, Graduate Medical Education, WBAMC, present a plaque to retired Col. Dr. Arnold Ahnfeldt, guest speaker, during the 2018 GME graduation ceremony held at the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss Museum, June 15. Nearly 50 graduates completed courses of study in residencies or internships in one of the following GME programs: Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Transitional Year Internship, U.S. Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing, and the Social Work Internship program.
