Airmen from the 332nd Civil Engineer Squadron raise the American flag at a base in Southwest Asia for the first time since it closed in 2004 on Aug. 31, 2011. Airmen are cleaning and repairing base infrastructure in order to conduct missions supporting Operation New Dawn.
