Brigadier General Doug Crissman and his wife Carolyn say farewell to the 3rd UK Division where he relinquished his responsibilities as the Deputy Commanding General. Crissman and his wife move on to Fort Leavenworth, Kansas to become the director, Mission Command Center of Excellence. Crissman was the highest ranking officer to be assigned as part of the Military Personnel Exchange Program. MPEP consists of 58 officers and NCOs within the USAREUR footprint, ranks range from Staff Sergeant to Brigadier General, across all the branches.
