CAMP HANSEN, OKINAWA, Japan— MSgt. Carmelo Rosario, supervises the training exercise to observe the Marines ability to preform their job quickly when called to do so June 27. The communications training allowed Rosario to effectively put together a communications team to set up coms within the first 12 hours of the exercise.
