Sgt. 1st Class Donald Ransom, platoon sergeant with the 409th Vertical Construction Company of Windsor, Colo., operates a skid steer with a drilling attachment while working on a troop project to install new parking lot lighting June 22, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The project was part of training in the 86th Training Division’s Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-18-04.
