A U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker pilot assigned to the 28th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, conducts a walk-around inspection of the aircraft on Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, June 28, 2018. Pilots perform the inspection to ensure that the aircraft is in good operational condition and to ensure it is capable of meeting the mission at hand. The KC-135 provides aerial refueling to U.S. and Coalition forces in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, the NATO Resolute Support Mission and Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
