U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers perform Yoga during a Fit Camp training event in which Soldiers learn alternate exercises they can conduct throughout the year to stay in shape at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, June 13, 2018. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 333rd MP Brigade had the opportunity to attend the Fit Camp, which lasted June 2-16, 2018, hosted by the 336th MP Battalion. The battalion provided the Soldiers with training, coaching and mentorship for the duration of the Fit Camp with the goal of improving their physical fitness and educating them on proper nutrition, injury prevention and ways to incorporate exercise into their daily lives
