Chief Warrant Officer 4 Charles “Drew” Zanoff accepts the Command Chief Warrant Officer flag during a change of responsibility ceremony held July 8 at Joint Force Headquarters - Colorado, Centennial, Colo. Zanoff accepted responsibility from CW5 Sefer Imeraj, who is retiring. The change of responsibility ceremony is a traditional event enriched with symbolism and heritage.
