Never forgotten: The 76th Colonel of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, Col. Keith Barclay addresses the crowd during the 9/11 remembrance ceremony held at Sunday at Rose Barracks. During the ceremony a girder from the Twin Towers was presented to the people of Oberviechtach. The girder will be part of a memorial to honor the fallen heroes of that fate-filled day.
