BM2 Timothy Okwuosa from the USS Monterey, CG-61, addresses fellow sailors after his honorable discharge prior to his re-enlistment aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64). The Wisconsin is an Iowa-Class Battleship that is moored permanently next to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. The museum is able to host re-enlistments, retirements, and promotions for commands free of charge by contacting their special events coordinator, Tom Dandes at Thomas.Dandes@navy.mil or by calling (757) 322-3106.
