Maj. Ryan O’Reilly, strategic planner, U.S. Army Central, introduces the concept of a Coalition Land Operations Center as a driver for coalition interoperability that would operationalize a regional land power network between USARCENT and partner nations at the 2018 Senior Strategy Session – Arabian Peninsula / Levant in Arlington, Va, July 10, 2018. Ideally, CLOC would better enable mission command, information and intelligence sharing, collaboration and standardization for potential coalition constructs in advance of crises and future operations. Over the four-day conference, speakers and participants will engage in discussions centering on the complexities and lessons learned from Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) efforts during ongoing theater campaigns that have global implications.
