The Tripler Army Medical Center official party prepare to conduct the ceremonial passing of the colors during a change of command ceremony, at the Tripler Army Medical Center ocean-side entrance, July 10, to signify the transfer of command authority and responsibility from outgoing commander, Col. Andrew M. Barr, to incoming commander, Col. Mary V. Krueger. With the transfer of colors, the hospital's legacy is passed as a building block for future achievement.
