Cpl. Gilbert Camacho Jr., an expeditionary airfield technician, with Engineer Operations Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, talks with soldiers with the Bangladesh armed forces division Sept. 11 while working on concrete forms. The Marines are conducting an engineering civil action project, Bangladesh Interoperability Program '11, in coordination with the government of Bangladesh and along with elements of the Bangladesh AFD where they are expanding the second story of a school. The school was previously prepared as part of the 20th anniversary commemoration of Operation Sea Angel in May by Marines from 9th Engineering Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III MEF, and Marine Wing Support Squadron 472, Marine Support Group 47, 4th MAW, Marine Forces Reserve, based in Chicopee, Mass.
