YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 10, 2018) Chief Information Systems Technician Daniel Andres, assigned to Information Warfare Training Site Yokosuka, Japan, is awarded the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) Presidential Certificate of Merit for exceptional volunteer service by Jill Warning, NCMRS Yokosuka director. Andres volunteers his off-duty time working at the NMCRS Thrift Store onboard Fleet Activities Yokosuka, and was recognized for the impact his charitable work has had on his community.
