Tom Reynolds, who manages the Value Engineering Program at Redstone Arsenal, accepts a Department of Defense Value Engineering Award on behalf of the Aviation and Missile Command in the organization category during a June 28 awards ceremony at the Pentagon. This is the third year in a row that AMCOM has won the organization award. This year’s award recognizes the completion of 98 Value Engineering projects representing $216 million in savings over a three-year period.
