Navy Information Operation Command Misawa Executive Officer Lt. Cmdr. Bryan Luallen presents a token of appreciation to NIOC Misawa Command Ombudsman Margaret St. Andre. Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands hosted an Ombudsman Appreciation Luncheon here Sept. 14, 2011. The luncheon provided command leadership an opportunity to formally thank their individual ombudsmen for the outstanding work they do year round. The ombudsmen played an especially important role earlier this year following the impact of the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake.
