Paraguayans delegation pray before starting the physical fitness competition during the Fuerzas Comando, July 16, 2018, at Calzada de Amador, Panama. The 17 participating countries of Fuerzas Comando, carry out the first event of the competition. They performed one minute push-ups, one minute of sit ups, one minute pull ups, and four mile run. Fuerzas Comando is an annual multinational special operational forces skills competition sponsored by U.S. Southern Command and hosted this year by the Ministry of Public Security, Panama. Through friendly competition, this exercise promotes interoperability, military-to-military relationships, increases training knowledge, and improves regional security. (U.S. Army Photo by Spc.
