Senior leaders of the Florida National Guard join members of the Florida Highway Patrol, the Department of Transportation and the Florida Public Safety Institute In breaking ground on the future site of the Advanced Vehicle Operations and Training Complex in Havana, Florida. Once completed this facility will provide advanced training in driving and vehicle operations to law enforcement officers.
