U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Mark Palzer, commanding general, 79th Theater Sustainment Command, passes the Colors to Brig. Gen. Vincent Buggs, incoming commander, 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), charging him with the trust and responsibility for the 364th ESC, during a change of command ceremony held July 1, 2018, at the Marysville Armed Forces Reserve Center. Buggs, a native of Bossier City, Louisiana, is a 28-year Army veteran and a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
