Petty Officer 3rd Class Christopher Peters, 22, from Rolla, Mo., leading instructor for the Combat Life Saver course, 1st Medical Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 15, 1st Marine Logistics Group, teaches 12 Marines with 1st MLG how to properly apply a tourniquet during a CLS course aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 31. During the course, Marines learned about caring for a patient under fire, providing tactical field care for a patient and conducting a casualty evacuation.
