An Army National Guard Soldier completes the aircraft command and control portion of the Rappel Master course, June 13, 2018, at Camp Rilea near Warrenton, Oregon. In order to rappel off the aircraft, Soldiers were required to complete three open-side rappels within 24-hours of their scheduled test. The test demonstrates the student's ability to successfully send multiple rappelling Soldiers out of a rotary wing aircraft at approximately 90-feet above ground. (Photo by Capt.
