Shay Assad, director of Defense Pricing, reveals a bronze plaque naming the new Defense Contract Management Agency headquarters building at Fort Lee, Va., Herbert Homer Hall. Homer was a DCMA employee who was aboard United Airlines Flight 175 when it crashed into the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. Assad is joined by Charlie E. Williams Jr., DCMA director, and Homer’s wife Karen, mother Winifred and brother Stephen.
