FORT BENNING, Ga (July 23, 2018) – Retired Master Sgt. Clifford Manning receives the cast bronze Ranger Hall of Fame medallion. Nine Soldiers and one French civilian are inducted into the Ranger Hall of Fame, July 18, 2018, in Marshall Auditorium at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Ranger Hall of Fame is held annually in July at Fort Benning, Georgia and was formed to honor and preserve the spirit and contributions of America's most extraordinary Rangers.
