YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 24, 2018) – Sailors attached to the U.S. Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) go ashore as the carrier returns to U.S. Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
