La Troy Butler, a Third Army/ARCENT supply non-commissioned officer and Suffolk, Va. native, presents a POW/MIA flag to members of Rolling Thunder. Rolling Thunder is a national non-profit organization united on behalf of the POWs and MIAs of all wars and motivated by their watchwords, “We Will Not Forget.”
