Luke Reiner, Wyoming National Guard adjutant general, prepare to break ground for the Field Maintenance Shop No. 2, in Laramie, Wyo., Sept. 19, 2011. FMS 2 will service vehicles for the 133rd Engineer Company, Wyoming Army National Guard. The more than 40,000 square foot facility will be built on land currently owned by the University of Wyoming. Upon completion of the project, the university will take over the current armory and FMS 2 location, near its campus.
