U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. John Wayne Troxell, the senior enlisted advisor to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, commends U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Keenan Wiggins on his life-saving efforts during a visit to Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, July 25, 2018. Wiggins, a corpsman with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, was recognized for his actions in resuscitating a Honduran in San Pedro Sula on the operating table. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
