180717-N-OH262-0334 PACIFIC OCEAN (July 17, 2018)— Civil service mariners attached to the dry cargo ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7) attach mission critical equipment to the wire cargo delivery system prior to sending it to the guided missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88) during an underway replenishment at sea, July 17.
