Marines with 2nd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion watches as an unmanned aerial target launches into its flight pattern on Onslow Beach aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., during 2nd LAAD's live Stinger Missile shoot Sept. 17. The Marines had to conduct several different kinds of training scenarios during the training. They fired at the UATs from static positions; they also conducted quick reaction fires and launched the missile while wearing gas masks.
