Staff Sgt. Ivory Harris, of the 392nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion, and her square team members brainstorm some rules to add to the exercise, Star Power, at Fort Meade, Maryland, July 25. Star Power simulates unequal distribution of power in society and its impact on individuals. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from across the country engaged in classroom discussions and exercises to gain a better understanding of biases, discrimination and harassment during the Equal Opportunity Leaders Course July 22-27. Equal opportunity advisors served as course instructors for the EO program, hosted by the 200th Military Police Command.
