Soldiers with1st Battalion, 186th Infantry Regiment, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT), Oregon Army National Guard participate in a Mortar Training and Evaluation Program (MORTEP) exercise August 4, 2018 at Camp Roberts, Calif. during the brigade's annual training.
