Semi tractor-trailers loaded with military equipment are lined up Aug. 1, 2018, on a road on South Post waiting to be unloaded at Fort McCoy, Wis. The equipment was being shipped in for use in the 86th Training Division’s Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-18-02. Thousands of troops participate in the exercise and hundreds of pieces of equipment were delivered for those troops to use.
