Naval Militia Commander Don McKnight, the commander of the Naval Militia's Military Emergency Boat Service stands ready with the champaign bottle she'll soon break against the vessel. LC-350 is a 35-foot long, landing craft style boat made by Munson, a Washington State firm. The boat can carry 27 personel, three tonos of supplies, or a small truck.
