Iraqi army master trainers give a block of instructions for a recent class at the IA noncommissioned officer academy on Camp Sparrowhawk, Iraq, Sept. 17. Iraqi Army NCOs conduct a rigorous course designed to increase their level of professionalism and capabilities. Sgt. 1st Class Jose Mortenson, STT NCOIC, 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division supervised the course, which was taught by Iraqi army master trainers.
